Microwave Lasagne
- 1 lb. ground round or turkey
- 1 lb. cottage cheese
- 1 egg or egg white
- 1 Tbsp. oregano or Italian seasoning
- 1 (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 lb. Mozzarella
- 8 lasagne noodles (uncooked)
- Parmesan cheese
- Brown ground beef or turkey; drain.
- Add spaghetti sauce, water and mushrooms.
- Blend cottage cheese, egg and oregano in a small bowl.
- Place a thin layer of meat sauce in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish.
- Add 4 noodles, uncooked, half cheese mixture, half Mozzarella and Parmesan, a little meat sauce and more noodles. Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce.
- Cover with plastic wrap and vent.
- Cook on High for 15 minutes and Medium for 30 minutes.
