Single Serving Margarita
- 1 whole Lime
- Rock Salt, For Rimming The Glass
- 3 Tablespoons White Tequila
- 3 Tablespoons Triple Sec Or Other Orange Liqueur
- 1/4 cups Pineapple Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Frozen Limeade Concentrate
- 1. Cut lime in half. Take 1/2 lime and cut into wedges. Save the other half for the margarita.
- 2. Run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass.
- 3. Dip the edges of the glass into the rock salt.
- 4. Fill a shaker up with ice.
- 5. Add tequila, orange-flavored liqueur, pineapple juice, limeade concentrate and lime juice from the remaining 1/2 lime.
- 6. Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds until super cold.
- 7. Place some ice in your glass. Don't drop it in your glass or all the salt will fall off and that would be a shame.
- 8. Drink up.
- 9. Repeat.
