Single Serving Margarita

  1. 1. Cut lime in half. Take 1/2 lime and cut into wedges. Save the other half for the margarita.
  2. 2. Run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass.
  3. 3. Dip the edges of the glass into the rock salt.
  4. 4. Fill a shaker up with ice.
  5. 5. Add tequila, orange-flavored liqueur, pineapple juice, limeade concentrate and lime juice from the remaining 1/2 lime.
  6. 6. Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds until super cold.
  7. 7. Place some ice in your glass. Don't drop it in your glass or all the salt will fall off and that would be a shame.
  8. 8. Drink up.
  9. 9. Repeat.

lime, salt, white tequila, triple sec, ubc, frozen limeade
