Trick ’Em Tostadas
- 1/4 cans (15 Oz. Size) Black Refried Beans (Lowfat)
- 4 whole Corn Tortillas
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 whole Diced Green Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic, Diced
- 8 whole Brussels Sprouts, Chopped Or Shredded
- 3 Tablespoons Cheap White Wine
- 1/2 cups Diced Leftover Meat (beef, Chiken, Pork, Etc)
- 1/4 cups Canned Or Fresh Corn
- Slather the black beans onto the tortillas and put them in the toaster oven (or oven) at 400 degrees for 8 minutes or until tortilla is just crispy all the way through.
- In a skillet, pour olive oil and heat until hot. Add the onion, garlic and sprouts and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until sprouts begin to be soft. Add the white wine, meat and corn. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook another couple minutes until the stuff is all hot.
- Dump the veggies and meat on top of the tostadas and tada!
