White Chocolate And Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies
- 1 cup Butter-Flavored Crisco
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1-1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 6 teaspoons Water
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Milk
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1-3/4 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 2-1/2 cups Oats
- 12 ounces, weight White Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Craisins (dried CranBerries) Chopped
- Preheat Oven to 375F
- 1. In a mixing bowl beat butter flavor Crisco, sugars and water on medium until creamy. Add eggs, milk and vanilla, and mix until blended.
- 2. Add flour and baking soda and mix until blended
- 3. Mix in oats and white chocolate chips.
- 4. Mix in Craisins.
- 5. Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- 6. Bake 9-10 minutes at 375 degrees or til cookies are lightly browned.
- 7. Cool on a wire rack.
