Chocolate Bread Pudding On A Cloud
- 1 package Chocolate Honey Buns (19 Ounce Box)
- 2 cups Half-and-Half
- 4 whole Eggs
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1 cup Sugar
- Chopped Pecans, For Garnish (optional)
- 1 bag Large Marshmallows, 16 Ounce Bag
- Use one (19 ounce) box of chocolate honey buns. Chop them into bite size pieces.
- Spray a 9x13-inch Pyrex pan with cooking spray. Place the Honey Bun pieces into pan. Mix together the remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture over the Honey Bun pieces and press down with a spoon. Chopped pecans can be added to top.
- Let mixture sit for 30 minutes to soak up liquid.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. You want it to be brown around the edges and set in the middle.
- For each serving, place 4-6 marshmallows in a bowl and microwave them for 10-15 seconds, just until they are melted. Place bread pudding into middle of marshmallows. Yummy!
