Crab-Parsley Pizza Appetizer

  1. Soften cream cheese; mix in small amount of onion.
  2. Add small amount of milk until spreadable.
  3. Spread over bottom of shallow platter.
  4. Cut crab in bite-sized pieces; spread over cream cheese mixture.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  6. At serving time, spread on cocktail sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley to resemble "pizza."
  8. Serve with crackers for guests to spread with appetizer.
  9. This will disappear!!!
  10. (With a large group, you can double or triple recipe.)
