Crab-Parsley Pizza Appetizer
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
- finely chopped onion
- milk
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. imitation Crab Delights or 6 1/2 oz. can drained crab meat
- 1 bottle Cross and Blackwell cocktail sauce
- finely chopped parsley
- crisp crackers
- Soften cream cheese; mix in small amount of onion.
- Add small amount of milk until spreadable.
- Spread over bottom of shallow platter.
- Cut crab in bite-sized pieces; spread over cream cheese mixture.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- At serving time, spread on cocktail sauce.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley to resemble "pizza."
- Serve with crackers for guests to spread with appetizer.
- This will disappear!!!
- (With a large group, you can double or triple recipe.)
