Ham Casserole
- 1 pkg. noodles (8 to 12 oz.)
- 2 c. diced ham
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/2 c. pimento
- 1/2 diced celery
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sweet milk
- 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. poppy seed (optional)
- Ritz crackers
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- Cook noodles as directed. Combine noodles, ham, onion, bell pepper, celery and mayonnaise.
- Add pimento last after stirring up the other ingredients. Blend well. Blend soup, milk, cheese, black pepper and poppy seed.
- Add to noodle mixture.
- Put in a 2 1/2 to 3-quart casserole dish. Top with Ritz crackers (crushed) and melted butter. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
