Nancy’S Easy Multigrain Bread
- 1 cup Plus 1 Tbsp Very Hot Tap Water
- 1 Tablespoon Liquid Honey Or Maple Syrup (melt Hard Honey In The Microwave)
- 1/4 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Butter Or Margarine (I Use Soft Becel)
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 3 cups Multigrain Flour (I Use Robin Hood Bread Blend)
- 1/4 cups Sunflower Seeds (raw)
- 1/4 cups Oatmeal (I Use Quick Cooking)
- 1 Tablespoon Poppy Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Bread Machine Yeast
- Place ingredients in order given into your bread machine pan. Set bread machine onto whole wheat or grain cycle. Who knew that bread making was that easy!!
- Note: On my machine, I choose the grain cycle and the 1.5 loaf size. From start to finish baking it takes 4 hours and 10 minutes in my bread machine.
