Baked Lemon Donuts With A Lemon Glaze

  1. For the donuts:
  2. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 12-count standard-sized donut pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Combine all dry ingredients (flour through salt) in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Combine remaining donut ingredients (the wet ones) in a smaller bowl. Slowly add wet ingredients into the dry and stir with a large spoon just until incorporated
  5. Pour batter into donut pan and bake 12-15 minutes.
  6. While donuts are baking, combine ingredients for the lemon curd glaze in a small bowl. After donuts have baked, remove pan from oven and let donuts cool for 15 minutes. Remove them to a sheet of parchment paper. Glaze donuts and enjoy!
