Creamy Fruit Salad
- 1 package Cream Cheese (8 Oz. Package)
- 8 ounces, weight Whipped Topping (like Cool Whip), Thawed
- 2 cans Fruit Cocktail (15.25 Oz. Each)
- 1 can Mandarin Orange Slices (11 Oz. Can)
- 1/4 cups Chopped Pecans (optional)
- Soften cream cheese in the microwave (about 20-25 seconds). In a large bowl mix cream cheese and thawed whipped topping together until smooth and fluffy. Add the cans of fruit cocktail (I drain most of the liquid off and add only about 1/3 of the juice) and the drained Mandarin oranges. Sprinkle in your pecans and fold it all together gently. Put the bowl into the refrigerator and let it set for an hour or so before serving. This can be made the day before.
- Options: You can add extra red cherries, or extra grapes, or a few slices of chopped apple to this. Make it with your family favorites!
