Sour Cream Potatoes
- 2 pounds Square Plain Hash Browns (unthawed)
- 1/2 cups Melted Butter
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 pint Sour Cream (16 Oz)
- 1/2 cups Chopped Onion
- 2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheese (or Any Kind You Prefer)
- 1 teaspoon Salt, Or To Taste
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper Or To Taste
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Using a 9x13 pan, line pan with hash browns, covering entire bottom. You can stack them if need be. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all other ingredients. Mix until combined. Pour over hash browns.
- Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
- Enjoy!
- Note: You can also just throw everything in on top of the hash browns, rather than combining them in a separate bowl. I just like to make sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- You could also make this in a crock pot.
