Sour Cream Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Using a 9x13 pan, line pan with hash browns, covering entire bottom. You can stack them if need be. Set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine all other ingredients. Mix until combined. Pour over hash browns.
  4. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
  5. Enjoy!
  6. Note: You can also just throw everything in on top of the hash browns, rather than combining them in a separate bowl. I just like to make sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  7. You could also make this in a crock pot.
