Cheese Bread
- 500 grams Flour For All Purposes
- 1 envelope Dry Yeast
- 1 gram Salt (or Half Of Teaspoon)
- 1 cup Olive Oil (for The Dough And More For Drizzling)
- Lukewarm Water
- 300 grams Feta Cheese (add More Feta If You Like)
- Put the flour, the yeast, the salt and olive oil in a big bowl, mix them well and then add the lukewarm water little by little as much as you need to make a soft dough. Then let the dough rest and double in size. After that, divide the dough in small balls a little bigger than golf balls. Take the ball and open it with your hands as long as it gets then put the feta cheese in small pieces and drizzle with olive oil. Put three dough sheets with feta cheese the one over the other, roll them and twist them, do the same with the rest of the dough. Then, let them to almost double in size, sprinkle with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven to 180 C.
