Slow Cooker Hearty Chili
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1/2 cups Chopped Red And Green Bell Peppers
- 1 whole Banana Pepper, Or More To Taste
- 1 can (6 Oz. Can) Tomato Paste
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Diced Tomatoes (original Recipe)
- 1 can (15.5 Oz. Can) Red Kidney Beans, Drained
- 1 cup (approximately) Chopped Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 3 dashes Onion Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 1/8 teaspoons Ground Red Pepper
- 1. In a skillet, brown ground beef and drain.
- 2. In a slow cooker, add beef, broth, peppers, canned items, onions and garlic. Stir, then add remaining seasonings and give another stir.
- 3. Cook on low 8-10 hours or on high 4-6 hours. Stir before serving.
- Optional: top with shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream.
