Bread Pudding
- 1 pound Bread (can Be Doughunts, Cinnamon Rolls, White Bread, Etc.)
- 5 whole Eggs
- 3 cans Evaporated Milk, 12 Oz. Each
- 2 cups Milk
- 2-1/2 cups Sugar
- 1/2 cups Butter, Melted
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 3 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Raisins (optional)

- FOR THE SAUCE:
- 1/2 cups Butter, Melted
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cups Half-and-half
- 3 Tablespoons Whiskey Or Rum
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cube bread. In a large bowl, mix the eggs, milks, sugar, butter, cinnamon, vanilla, salt and raisins. Add cubed bread. Pour into a 4-quart casserole dish. Bake for 60 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, add the sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil and stir to dissolve sugar. Pour over pudding.
