Chicken With A Twist
- 1 package 8 Oz Rotini Pasta
- 1 whole Chicken
- 1/2 cups Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Yellow Mustard
- 1 cup Chopped Celery
- 1 cup Chopped Cucumber
- 1 whole Onion, Chopped
- 3/4 cups Sliced Black Olives
- 3 whole Tomatoes, Chopped
- Cook rotini according to package directions, drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, boil chicken on medium to high heat until done - usually about 45-60 minutes depending upon size of chicken. Remove from pot, cool and then tear into bite size pieces.
- In a large container, combine all ingredients except for the tomatoes and mix well. Chill for at least 2 hours.
- Add chopped tomatoes just before serving. Toss lightly.
