Slush Punch
- 3 cups Boiling Water
- 4 cups White Sugar
- 1 box (6 Oz. Size) Strawberry-banana Jello
- 1 quart Warm Water
- 2/3 cups Lemon Juice
- 48 ounces, fluid Pineapple Juice (large)
- 1 ounce, fluid Almond Extract
- 1 gallon Cold Water
- 1. Add boiling water and white sugar, stirring until dissolved.
- 2. Add and mix Jello and warm water.
- 3. Add sugar water to Jello water.
- 4. Add lemon juice, pineapple juice, almond extract, and cold water.
- 5. Stir all very well.
- 6. Freeze overnight.
- 7. Take out and using a fork, scrape the top surface. As it melts, keep scraping and serve in a glass for adults and paper cups for kids.
- Note: This goes very fast and the serving number varies with the size you serve. At my house this will make about 8 huge glasses. It cools you using fruit juice and water.
