Homemade Minestrone

  1. Cook beans, salt, garlic, pepper, oil, butter, water and tomatoes over low flame, stir.
  2. Prepare vegetables and add to pot. Cover and simmer 1 hour.
  3. Add wine and pasta.
  4. Simmer 10 or 15 minutes.
  5. Serve.
  6. Makes 10 servings.
