Layered Low-Fat Banana Pineapple Dessert
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat free cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. low-fat margarine, melted
- 3 bananas
- 3 1/2 c. cold skim or 2% milk
- 2 pkg. sugar free instant vanilla Jell-O
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) tub fat free whipped topping
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and margarine.
- Press in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Place banana slices on this.
- In large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add milk, mix.
- Add pudding mixes. Mix until smooth and well blended.
- Spread over banana slices. Spoon pineapple on top.
- Spread whipped topping over pineapple. Garnish with extra banana, if desired.
- Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
- Keep unused portions refrigerated.
