Egg Whites Pudding With Cinnamon And Vanilla

  1. 1. Heat oven to 180u0b0C. In a stove top and oven safe pudding mold (16 x 10 centimeters or 6 1/3 x 4 inches), place the first listed amount of sugar and the water. Allow it to caramelize over low heat until it turns a brownish color. Turn off the heat and allow it to cool slightly.
  2. 2. In a large bowl using an electric mixer beat the egg whites with the sugar until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Then, fold in the cinnamon and the vanilla powder with the help of a spoon.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture into the pudding mold, smooth the top and put it into the preheated oven at 180u0b0C. Bake for about 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Invert it out of the mold onto a plate and serve garnished with cinnamon.
