Egg Whites Pudding With Cinnamon And Vanilla
- 150 grams Sugar, To Caramelize
- 1/4 cups Water
- 7 Egg Whites
- 150 grams Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Powder
- 1. Heat oven to 180u0b0C. In a stove top and oven safe pudding mold (16 x 10 centimeters or 6 1/3 x 4 inches), place the first listed amount of sugar and the water. Allow it to caramelize over low heat until it turns a brownish color. Turn off the heat and allow it to cool slightly.
- 2. In a large bowl using an electric mixer beat the egg whites with the sugar until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Then, fold in the cinnamon and the vanilla powder with the help of a spoon.
- 3. Pour the mixture into the pudding mold, smooth the top and put it into the preheated oven at 180u0b0C. Bake for about 20 minutes.
- 4. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Invert it out of the mold onto a plate and serve garnished with cinnamon.
