Oven-Fried Parmesan Chicken
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp. Dijon style mustard or more if you like the taste
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
- 3 lb. chicken drumsticks and thighs or other small pieces
- In a large shallow dish, combine melted butter with garlic, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
- In plastic bag, combine bread crumbs with remaining ingredients.
- Dip chicken pieces in butter mixture and then shake in plastic bag, coating well.
- Arrange pieces in another large shallow baking dish.
- Pour remaining butter over them.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour or until golden brown and done.
