Blondies
- 1-1/4 cup Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 cups Butter, Room Temperature
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1 whole Egg, Slightly Beaten
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 cups Butterscotch Chips
- 1/3 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/3 cups (+/-) Toffee Bits For Topping
- 1. Stir together dry ingredients.
- 2. Cream together butter and sugars.
- 3. Add egg and vanilla to the creamed mixture.
- 4. Add flour mixture to the creamed mixture, a little bit at a time.
- 5. Mix in chocolate and butterscotch chips.
- 6. Pour dough into a greased 8x8 pan.
- 7. Top with toffee bits.
- 8. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
- Note: the batter will be more dough-like than batter-like. I mixed it with my hands and had to sort of push it into the corners of the pan. Don't let this freak you out!
