Lois' Pasta Salad

  1. Cook pasta in water with 1/4 teaspoon oil.
  2. Drain in cold water.
  3. Add cheese, vegetables and seasoning to taste.
  4. Mix together and let set in refrigerator for about an hour before serving.
  5. This makes a nice summer salad served on leaf lettuce with bread sticks, fresh cantaloupe and pink lemonade.
