Smoky White Bean Chili With Pork

  1. 1. Brown meat in a large pot; when done, drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add onions and garlic to the pork and saute over medium-high heat until translucent (about 3 minutes).
  3. 3. Add seasonings and saute for 1 minute. Add red wine and cook for another 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, beans, and hominy. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for about 15 minutes (longer is ok, too)!
  4. 4. Top with sour cream and serve!

ground pork, red onion, garlic, ground cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, red wine, tomatoes, white beans, hominy, sour cream
