Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cupcakes
- 1-1/3 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 3/4 cups Unsalted Butter
- 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 whole Batch Of Your Favorite Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Or A 16 Ounce Tube Of Store-bought
- 1 whole Batch Of Your Favorite Chocolate Icing Or A 16-ounce Tub Of Store-bought
- Make your cookie dough (or you could easily use a premade, store-bought cookie dough). Scoop into teaspoon-sized balls and place in the freezer in a Ziplock bag or airtight container. Your cookie dough has to be completely frozen so you could always make it the night before as well!
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Whisk flour, baking powder and salt.
- Beat butter until smooth and add sugar beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating until combined each time. Mix in the flour mixture, alternating with milk and vanilla, beginning and ending with flour.
- Using an ice cream scoop, scoop batter into prepared cupcake pan. Get cookie dough balls out of the fridge and place into the cupcake, pushing down into center of batter.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Transfer to cooling rack. Once cool top with your favorite chocolate icing!
