Crunchy Maple Granola
- 2 cups Oats (do Not Use Instant)
- 1/2 cups Millet, Uncooked
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 2 Tablespoons Flax Seeds
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sesame Seeds
- 1/2 cups Cooked Quinoa, Cooled
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 cups Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cups Craisins Or Dried Cranberries
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- In a large bowl mix the oats, millet, chia seeds, flax seeds, brown sesame seeds, quinoa, salt and cinnamon.
- In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, brown sugar and vanilla extract. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir well to combine.
- Line a large rimmed cookie sheet with parchment paper and spread the granola evenly over the parchment.
- Bake for 45 minutes, turning the granola every 15 minutes for even browning. Remove when granola is lightly browned. Cool and then add Craisins or dried cranberries. Serve.
