Egg, Sun-Dried Tomato & Gruyere Breakfast Sandwich
- 1/2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 whole Egg
- 2 slices Wheat Bread
- 1 Tablespoon Cream Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Sun Dried Tomato Pesto
- 2 slices Gruyere Cheese
- 3 sprigs Cilantro
- 3 slices Avocado
- Hot Sauce, to taste
- Place butter in a frying pan and heat until melted over medium heat. Crack egg into the butter and cook until it reaches your desired done-ness on both sides. Remove egg from pan.
- Assemble sandwich by spreading cream cheese on one side of one slice of bread and sun-dried tomato pesto on one side of the other slice of bread.
- Top one piece of bread with fried egg, Gruyere cheese, cilantro, avocado and hot sauce. Add the top piece of bread and enjoy!
