Chocolate-Cinnamon Cookies
- 1/2 cups Butter, Softened
- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 1 whole Egg
- 1-1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- 3/4 cups Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy. Stir in vanilla, sour cream, and egg. Add in flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon, mixing until well combined.
- Drop onto a greased or lined cookie sheet with a medium size cookie scoop or shape into 1 1/2 inch balls. Bake for 12 minutes or until cookies are firm. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
- Melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over baked cookies.
- *You could stir the (unmelted) white chocolate chips into the batter before baking instead of drizzling them over the baked cookies. I just think they look fancy this way.
- Enjoy!
