Balsamic Strawberry Crumble
- 1/4 cups Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar Plus 3 Tablespoons, Divided
- 3/4 teaspoons Cardamom, Divided
- 3 cups Strawberries, Sliced
- 1/2 cups Quick Cooking Oats
- 1/2 cups Flour
- 1/4 cups Butter
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Heat balsamic vinegar over medium heat. Add 3 tablespoons brown sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cardamom. Simmer on low for 2 minutes. Stir in strawberries so they are fully coated. Remove from heat after 1 minute. Scoop evenly into 6 individual ramekins.
- Beat oats, flour, remaining 1/2 cup brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and remaining 1/2 teaspoon cardamom. Sprinkle over the strawberry mixture. Bake for 35 minutes.
- Enjoy with a scoop of ice cream or a bit of whipped cream.
