Balsamic Strawberry Crumble

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Heat balsamic vinegar over medium heat. Add 3 tablespoons brown sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cardamom. Simmer on low for 2 minutes. Stir in strawberries so they are fully coated. Remove from heat after 1 minute. Scoop evenly into 6 individual ramekins.
  3. Beat oats, flour, remaining 1/2 cup brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and remaining 1/2 teaspoon cardamom. Sprinkle over the strawberry mixture. Bake for 35 minutes.
  4. Enjoy with a scoop of ice cream or a bit of whipped cream.
