Soft And Chewy Butterscotch Chip Pudding Cookies
- 3/4 cups Butter, Softened
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 package (3 Oz. Size) Butterscotch Instant Pudding Mix
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 package Butterscotch Chips
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
- Cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy. Once well combined, add egg and vanilla. Slowly add in flour, pudding mix, salt, and baking soda. Mix in butterscotch chips.
- Scoop round balls onto cookie sheet. Slightly flatten the cookie.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Remove and allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes. Move cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
