Soft Peanut Butter Monster Cookies
- 1 stick Sweet Cream Salted Butter, Softened
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cups White Sugar
- 3/4 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1-1/4 cup Flour
- 1/2 cups Quick Oats
- 1 cup Peanut Butter M&Ms
- 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cups Peanut Butter Chips
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Combine softened butter and brown and white sugar in a stand mixer mixing bowl. Add peanut butter, egg and vanilla, followed by baking soda and flour. Do not over-mix.
- Add in oats, m&ms, chocolate chips and peanut butter chips. Scoop out cookies into 24 balls on parchment-lined baking sheets and press lightly to flatten.
- Bake for no more than 10 minutes. Allow to rest 6 minutes on baking sheets before transferring to cooling rack.
