Peaches & Cream Parfait
- 2 Tablespoons Sweet Cream Butter
- 4 whole Ripe Fresh Peaches, Peeled, Pitted And Sliced
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon, Plus 1 Tablespoon For Garnish
- 8 whole Graham Crackers (crushed)
- 3 teaspoons Honey
- 1 container (16 Oz. Size) Cool Whip Topping, Softened
- In a frying pan or 10" skillet, add butter. Once melted, add sliced peaches and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Stir to incorporate. Cook on medium heat for 6-8 minutes, stirring often.
- Place graham crackers in a Ziploc bag and crush finely using a rolling pin. Add them to a bowl with honey and stir with a fork to mix together.
- Using dessert or parfait cups, add a 1/2-inch layer of crushed graham crackers to the bottom, followed by 1/2 inches of Cool Whip, then add a layer of cooked cinnamon peaches. Repeat layers. (You should have 3 layers per serving).
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Dust with cinnamon before serving.
