Apricot Drop Scones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. Stir to combine.
  3. In a small bowl add melted butter, yogurt, egg and vanilla and mix well. Stir wet ingredients into dry until just combined. Fold in apricots.
  4. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a greased or lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-14 minutes or until lightly browned.
  5. Mix the glaze ingredients in a small bowl and drizzle over warm scones.
  6. Enjoy!
