Sopapilla Cheesecake
- 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 2 cups White Sugar, Divided
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 packages (8 Oz. Size) Crescent Rolls
- 1 teaspoon Cinammon
- 1 stick Butter
- 1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
- 2. Beat cream cheese with 1 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- 3. Unroll 1 crescent roll dough, and put into a very well greased 9x13 pan.
- 4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly.
- 5. Take the remaining can of crescent rolls and spread over the cream cheese mix.
- 6. Stir remaining 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon together until evenly mixed.
- 7. Melt butter and pour evenly all over the top of the cheesecake.
- 8. Pour the sugar/cinnamon mix together over the butter.
- 9. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- 10. Cool completely in the pan before eating!
