Sopapilla Cheesecake

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. 2. Beat cream cheese with 1 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  3. 3. Unroll 1 crescent roll dough, and put into a very well greased 9x13 pan.
  4. 4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly.
  5. 5. Take the remaining can of crescent rolls and spread over the cream cheese mix.
  6. 6. Stir remaining 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon together until evenly mixed.
  7. 7. Melt butter and pour evenly all over the top of the cheesecake.
  8. 8. Pour the sugar/cinnamon mix together over the butter.
  9. 9. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  10. 10. Cool completely in the pan before eating!
