Raspberries & Cream French Toast Waffles
- 2 whole Egg Whites
- 1 ounce, fluid Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 package (Individual Serving Size) Stevia In The Raw
- 2 slices Mahler's Low Carb Flax & Soy Bread
- 3 ounces, weight Dannon Light & Fit Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 3-5/8 ounces, weight Fresh Raspberries
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar Free Chocolate Sauce
- Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Mix together the egg, milk, cinnamon, vanilla and stevia in a small bowl until well combined. Place bread in a shallow dish where each slice can lay flat. Pour egg mixture into dish and flip bread multiple times until all of the liquid is soaked up.
- Cook bread in the preheated waffle iron until it's browned to your liking. Remove it from the iron to a clean plate. Once out of the waffle maker, cut each slice of bread into quarters and sandwich with Greek yogurt and raspberries. Top with a little sugar free chocolate sauce!
