Strawberry Jello Pie
- FOR THE CRUST:
- 1-1/2 cup Crushed Graham Crackers
- 6 Tablespoons Melted Butter
- 1/4 cups Granulated Sugar

- FOR THE PIE FILLING:
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Cornstarch
- Red Food Coloring
- 4 Tablespoons Strawberry Jello Mix
- 1 pint Fresh Strawberries
- Whipped Cream (optional For Topping)
- For the Crust:
- 1. Place graham crackers in a zip top bag and crush with a rolling pin until you have the right amount of crumbs.
- 2. Mix the sugar into the crumbs, then add in melted butter and combine with hands.
- 3. Press crumb mixture into a pie tin with hands. Be sure to evenly coat the tin and press firmly so it sticks together.
- 4. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees.
- For the Pie Filling:
- 1. Combine water, sugar, corn starch, and a few drops of red food coloring in a medium pan.
- 2. Cook over medium heat until thick and clear.
- 3. Remove from heat and stir in Jello mix. Let cool.
- 4. Slice strawberries in half and lay out in pie crust.
- 5. Cover berries with Jello mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- 6. Slice, top with whipped cream, and serve!
