Sour Cream Ranch Bites
- 1 cup Sour Cream, Room Temperature
- 1/2 cups Butter, Room Temperature
- 4 Tablespoons Cream Or Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Dry Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Chives
- 1/4 cups Freshly Grated Parmesan Or Romano Cheese
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 3 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tablespoons Baking Soda
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray a 24-cup mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream and butter and mix well, about 3 minutes. Stir in cream, dressing mix, chives, cheese and sugar until well blended. Add flour, baking powder and baking soda, stirring just until all dry ingredients are mixed in. Do not overmix!
- Drop walnut-sized scoops of batter into prepared muffin tins and bake for 15 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes before removing from pan.
