Slap Your Mama Muffins

  1. Preheat oven 350 degree.
  2. Stir together dry ingredients
  3. For the wet ingredients:
  4. I did all of this by hand, and I feel like that is what made them so light and fluffy. So, whisk the soft butter with the sugar until fluffy. Add 1 egg at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla, yogurt and 1/2 cup orange juice. Mix until combined (no more white crumbles). Put in muffin cups WITHOUT liners! I made the mistake of using them and they blocked my glaze. Bake at 350 degrees for about 12-15 minutes until they are set, but not browned.
  5. When they are out of the oven, mix together the brown sugar and remaining orange juice and then, pour over those warm, amazing cupcakes/muffins.
