Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- FOR THE DOUGH:
- 1/3 cups Milk
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 cups Butter, Softened
- 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
- 2/3 cups Crushed Pineapple (with Juice)
- 4 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Instant Dry Yeast
- FOR THE EGG WASH:
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tablespoon Water
- For the bread: Add the ingredients into your bread machine in the order recommended by your bread machine. Select the dough cycle. After the cycle is complete turn out the dough and roll into 12 equal-sized balls.
- Coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Place the rolls into the dish and cover with a towel. Let them rise for 40-60 minutes in a warm room.
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- In a small bowl beat the egg with the water and brush on top of each roll. Bake the rolls for 25 minutes.
