Giant Creme Puff

  1. Bring to boil margarine and water.
  2. After bringing to boil, stir into pan the flour.
  3. Stir until it clears sides of pan.
  4. Dump mixture into a mixing bowl and beat in eggs, one at a time.
  5. Spread on a greased 12 x 18-inch pan and bake at 450u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Mix pudding as directed.
  7. Add cream cheese.
  8. Spread pudding mixture on top of cooled crust when ready to serve.
  9. Top with Cool Whip; drizzle with syrup right before you are ready to eat.
  10. This recipe can use fat-free cream cheese and light Cool Whip to cut fat grams.
  11. This is a really light dessert!
