Giant Creme Puff
- 1 cube margarine
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. flour
- 6 eggs
- 1 large pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 large Cool Whip
- chocolate syrup
- Bring to boil margarine and water.
- After bringing to boil, stir into pan the flour.
- Stir until it clears sides of pan.
- Dump mixture into a mixing bowl and beat in eggs, one at a time.
- Spread on a greased 12 x 18-inch pan and bake at 450u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Mix pudding as directed.
- Add cream cheese.
- Spread pudding mixture on top of cooled crust when ready to serve.
- Top with Cool Whip; drizzle with syrup right before you are ready to eat.
- This recipe can use fat-free cream cheese and light Cool Whip to cut fat grams.
- This is a really light dessert!
