Veggie Bites
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 3/4 oz. pkg. Ranch style salad dressing mix
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. finely chopped broccoli
- 1/2 c. finely chopped cauliflower
- 1/2 c. finely chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 c. finely chopped green peppers
- 1/2 c. finely chopped tomatoes
- Unroll crescent rolls and place in bottom of an ungreased jelly roll pan.
- Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, Ranch dressing mix and Cheddar cheese together; spread over crescent rolls.
- Top with vegetables.
- Pinch edges of filled crescent rolls together; seal and brush with egg.
- Bake at 375u0b0 until lightly browned.
- May be served warm or cool.
- Leave whole or may be cut into smaller pieces.
