Anna'S Chicken Noodle Casserole
- 3 whole chicken breasts, cooked and boned
- 12 oz. medium-wide noodles
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 c. chicken broth (reserved from chicken)
- chopped celery leaves and parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- paprika
- Cook chicken breasts.
- Reserve broth.
- Cut chicken into chunks; set aside.
- After 1 cup of broth is removed, add enough water to cook noodles as package directs; drain.
- In a large bowl mix soups, broth and sour dream.
- Add cooked, drained noodles and seasonings.
- Fold in chicken pieces.
- Bake in 9 x 13-inch baking dish (sprinkle tops with paprika) at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes or until slightly brown and bubbly.
- Makes 8 to 10 servings.
