Serendipity3’S Frrrozen Hot Chocolate

  1. Combine the first 6 dry ingredients (sugar through salt) in a small bowl. Pour milk into a blender. Add the dry ingredients, followed by the ice. Blend until the ice is crushed and the drink is a slushy consistency. Pour into one 30-ounce or two 15-ounce goblets. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkling of shaved chocolate. Serve immediately.

  3. 1. If you can't find the Scharffen Berger cocoa, substitute 3 tablespoons Ghirardelli cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon Hershey's cocoa powder for the tablespoon of Sharffen Berger.
  4. 2. Use a vegetable peeler to scrape off chocolate shavings.
