Chopped Salad With Tayberries

  1. in a medium saute pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken breast with salt and pepper. Add chicken into the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked through. Cooking time may vary based on the thickness of the chicken. Remove it from the heat.
  3. Set the chicken aside for about 8-10 minutes and then cut chicken into small pieces.
  4. In a medium size bowl, add all the ingredients, except the homemade vinaigrette. Mix all the ingredients to thoroughly combine. Then pour vinaigrette over the salad and toss really well. Taste and adjust the seasoning if you think it is necessary.
