Peach Cobbler Cocktail

  1. Dip the rim of a cocktail glass in some milk or softened ice cream. Place the crushed graham cracker in a shallow bowl and roll the rim of the glass around in it. Place in the freezer for a few minutes to set while you make the cocktail.
  2. Add the ripe peach (peel on is fine) into a small food processor or chopper. Add the peach vodka, peach Schnapps, lemon juice and vanilla ice cream. Pulse a few times until the peach has been pureed.
  3. Pour into a cocktail shaker, fill with ice, put the lid on, shake well and pour into the prepared cocktail glass.
