Peach Cobbler Cocktail
- 1 whole Graham Cracker, Crushed
- 1/2 whole Fresh Peach, Pitted
- 1-1/2 ounce, fluid Peach Vodka
- 1/2 ounces, fluid Peach Schnapps
- 1/2 ounces, fluid Lemon Juice
- 2 ounces, weight Vanilla Ice Cream
- Ice, To Fill Your Cocktail Shaker
- Dip the rim of a cocktail glass in some milk or softened ice cream. Place the crushed graham cracker in a shallow bowl and roll the rim of the glass around in it. Place in the freezer for a few minutes to set while you make the cocktail.
- Add the ripe peach (peel on is fine) into a small food processor or chopper. Add the peach vodka, peach Schnapps, lemon juice and vanilla ice cream. Pulse a few times until the peach has been pureed.
- Pour into a cocktail shaker, fill with ice, put the lid on, shake well and pour into the prepared cocktail glass.
