Saucy Steak Skillet

  1. Coat beef pieces with flour; pound into beef.
  2. Brown beef in 10 inch skillet.
  3. Push beef to side.
  4. Saute onion in oil until tender; drain.
  5. Add enough water to reserved potato liquid to measure 1 c.
  6. Mix potato liquid, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, pepper flakes, bouillon, salt, marjoram and pepper into beef and onion.
  7. Cover and simmer until beef is tender (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours).
  8. Rinse frozen beans under cold water to separate.
  9. Add potatoes and beans to skillet.
  10. Cover and simmer until beans are tender (10 to 15 minutes).
  11. Serves 4.
