Frozen Ham And Cheese Biscuits(Just Like The Grocery Store'S But A Whole Lot Cheaper!)
- 3 containers flaky canned biscuits
- about 1 lb. thinly sliced ham
- 1 to 1 1/2 pkg. sliced American cheese
- Bake
- biscuitstccording
- to package directions.
- Cool slightly in
- pan.
- While
- biscuitstre cooking, unwrap cheese and fold each slice
- into 4 or 6 pieces.
- Stack up on a plate. Open each biscuit and
- put
- a piece of cheese on each half and add ham according
- to
- howtuch
- you
- like.
- Put
- halves back together. Put biscuits
- in
- a
- single layer in a pan.
- Freeze uncovered for several
- hours
- until biscuits are very firm or frozen.
- Place in freezer bags.
- When ready to serve, take out as many as needed and microwave for 1 to 2 minutes.
- It's best not to heat more than 3 at a time.
