Diy Taco Seasoning

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Store tightly covered in an empty spice jar.
  2. Notes:
  3. 1. Five (5) tablespoons of seasoning is used for each pound of ground beef (this recipe makes enough for 2 pounds of beef).
  4. 2. To use for seasoned taco beef: Brown your meat (1 pound), drain the fat, and then add 5 tablespoons of seasoning along with 3/4 cup of water. Stir to combine. Allow to simmer until sauce thickens and clings to meat. Add more seasoning for a spicier dish, and less for a milder dish.

chili powder, garlic, onion powder, paprika, cumin, salt, oregano, coriander, cayenne, cornstarch
