Spanish Rice

  1. Prep ingredients and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add the rice, onions, tomatoes, ham, and peppers, and cook (stirring occasionally) for approximately 5-10 minutes, or until the rice is golden brown. Add the rest of the ingredients to the saucepan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat and let everything simmer for approximately 30 minutes (again, stirring occasionally) until the rice is tender.
  3. Serve as a side, or eat it on its own!
