Bami

  1. Boil chicken and tear into small pieces. Save stock.
  2. Cook noodles in chicken stock.
  3. In chicken fat or margarine, brown garlic and onions. Add all other ingredients except noodles. Simmer about 10 minutes until almost done. Combine mixture with noodles.
  4. Let it sit overnight for best flavor.
  5. Heat in a 350u0b0 oven for 30 minutes. Serve with soy sauce. Serves 8.
