Peachy-Clean Cobbler!

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Place peach slices in a large bowl. Sprinkle them with lemon juice, vanilla and arrowroot. Toss to incorporate.
  2. 2. Place peach mixture in a 3-quart baking dish.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, mix together almond flour, melted butter, date syrup (or agave) and sea salt. After thoroughly mixed, crumble the mixture over the peach mixture. Cover dish with a sheet of foil.
  4. 4. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes, until peach juice is bubbling.
  5. 5. Remove cover and bake a few more minutes if topping is not yet browned. Serve!
